10/10 experience for us, will be making this the regular spot for our asian cravings Summary: Amazing food, great value for the price, big portions Standout dishes for us : Pan fried pot stickers & Mongolian beef Was a first time customer here with my girlfriend a few days ago, and the first thing we noticed was how clean and simple the dining area was. Not a small space, but just big enough to accommodate a good amount of guests and still have that intimate feel with the service you are getting Ordered by QR code, and we wish it was explained to us a bit better but you can order as you go and they will bring it out in courses, with the QR code leading you to a app/website that shows what you are ordering, what is being prepared next, and what is on its way to the table We got a full spread for the 2 of us, wanting to try a bit of everything: Spring rolls pork soup dumplings, and the pan fried beef pot stickers/dumplings for starters. The dumplings were amazing and loved that they are hand made here fresh in house, broth inside kind of leaked out of most of ours but still tasted amazing. Hong Jie Special Noodles & Dumplings did not disappoint! 🥟🍜 Everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and made to order. The dumplings were amazing, and the noodles were packed with flavor. The portions were great, and the service was friendly. If you’re in the Hurst area and looking to try something different, I highly recommend checking this place out. We will definitely be coming back! 😋✨Highly recommend the soup dumplings 🤤

Horrible service, owner and staff are so incredibly rude. I was floored at how they treat customers. Never been here before, and told them that. When I asked what was in the dumpling, they couldnt tell me. They said it was just neat, but clearly it was not. I asked about the spices, they said no spices. They were very annoyed with every question I asked. I finally just left and went to Rusty Taco next door.. They don’t appreciate the customers, they treat you like you’re a bother and won’t even remove the air pods to talk to you. My daughter already ordered and paid, but I refused. When she sneezed into the dough she was making, and rolled he dough into her uncovered arm from the dough machine, that did it for me. Go anyplace else but here. You’ll see.

Came in on a weekday, an hour before closing, with the hubby. The lady in the register counter looked surprised we came in, didn't greet us, and asked if we had a to-go order. We said no and stated we were going to dine-in. She just unenthusiastically pointed to the seats so we assumed we could just seat anywhere. We ordered spicy wontons and pork + crab dumplings for appetizers but we were served the entrées first. Needless to say, we truly liked the wontons! The dumplings were ok- not as flavorful as we expected. For our entrées, we got the stir fried beef slices- WARNING: VERY SPICY; they were good but too spicy, and we eat spicy; couldnt enjoy it well because it was just burning our lips and tongues! They put too much pepper portion that came with it more than the beef that we had to set them aside to throw away. (*See picture- the empty space on the plate were mostly all peppers, we had only eaten 2 beef slices.) The eggplant with special sauce entrée was delicious but too greasy. Overall, not a bad place to try and we still recommend, but maybe visit at an earlier time and try other dishes.

We've been to many of the Chinese restaurants around Fort Worth and several of the best reviewed ones in Dallas and this is our favorite Chinese food so far. Particular standouts: Pork Soup Dumplings: my wife loves soup dumplings, I'm usually not crazy about them, but we both agreed these are the best we've ever had. Incredibly delicious broth and perfectly cooked. Eggplant with Special Sauce: Fried to light and crispy perfection and a really interesting sauce that's not quite like anything I've had before. House Special Fried Rice: I usually find fried rice a little bland, but they manage to get their rice incredibly flavorful. Dry Fried String Beans: Classic Szechuan green beans, really well executed. The only dish we've had here we didn't think was very good was the Spicy Chicken, which is a stir fried version instead of the fried version you sometimes find and we thought turned out pretty dry. Everything else has been good to great. Portions are generous and prices are reasonable. Service is friendly and quick but you don't see much of your server - you do all of your ordering through your phone. You do have to pay for any rice you want, which is a very minor pet peeve of
